This week I sit down with health and fitness coach Tony Stapleton who went from a Prison Cell to changing his life for the better. In these mad mad times we talk about the current global agenda and the effects of on going Lockdowns on mental health, personal relationships, business and his own well being.

Tony describes how he ended up in prison for what is really a minor crime of selling puff, what it was like and how he turned his life around when he left. Now we are all being Lockdown in our own homes we try to find some answers to this utter insanity.
