Dr Sally Fitzpatrick - Minds Together an Everymind Program

Dr Sally Fitzpatrick is a Program Manager at Everymind. She is also a Clinical Psychologist and researcher who is passionate about the prevention of mental ill-health and suicide, as well as the promotion of wellbeing for all Australians. Minds Together is an Everymind program for partners, spouses, family members, friends and colleagues who provide most of the support for people experiencing mental ill-health or suicidal distress in Australia. The program is developed in collaboration with family and friends with lived experience. Sally is today’s guest on our radio show Brainwaves, and she will talk about Everymind including how you can help a family member or friend, to look after yourself so you can be supportive, and it’s designed to help family and friends supporting the mental health of paramedics.
