I started my nail salon in 2001 and built it to a salon of 8 nail techs and beauty therapists I sold this business then went onto to open build up and sell 3 other salons which included tanning nails beauty & hair and recently opened a new salon 3 weeks before the March lock down. I built all these salons using the cost effective government funded apprenticeship programmes. In 2008 I opened my first training academy and train hair beauty and nail apprenticeships & I now have government contracts of funding training of 1/2 million and this does not include my salon or apprentice programmes. I now coach salon owners to build & grow a loyal & highly skilled team by accessing government funding & grants to up skill any age & any role.
