Curt Storring is a husband, father, entrepreneur, and hockey lover! He is passionate about helping men become better, more successful versions of themselves, and gets to put this into practice. Curt the pursuit of improving himself (even a little) every day. He is a father to 3 boys and a husband of 10 years. He is also the founder of Dad.Work, a community and movement helping dads become better men, partners, and fathers, with men's work, mindfulness, and relationships with other men. He is the host of the podcast with the same name, The Dad.Work Podcast! His goal at Dad.Work is to have a measurable impact on decreasing the negative outcomes related to men’s mental health including addiction, suicide, depression, anxiety, victim culture, and environmental disconnect by providing the tools, practices, wisdom, and insights dads need to heal and grow!
