Sabrina meets Dr. Richard Grillenbeck, business coach and board member of ICF Germany, to

discuss his latest experiences on “VR in Coaching” and how he sees this coaching branch evolve.

Which skills do coaches need to further develop and how does he see the importance of Virtual

Reality for the coaching industry?

Richard says about himself: “As a coach, I support people who want to achieve measurable

results, but perhaps don't know where to go yet. I work with methods and procedures outlined in

my book TEMP-Coaching, walk the CoActive approach and build on psychological counselling,

among others. Having been a coach for more than 20 years, it is very important to me that we

reach our goals in a good mood and relaxed. I regard all my participants and clients as complete,

creative and responsible. Nothing has to be fixed; we train, practice and improve.”
