Jennifer founded WELLOGA four years ago. She uses her 15 years of experience in leadership, along with her own personal transformation story, to create personalized well-being strategies and programs for groups and businesses. Through WELLOGA, Jennifer has worked with over 20 companies internationally, educating alongside her team of experts, about all 6 areas of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental. Jennifer’s burnout story transformed her from a "serious type A personality" to a "happy B minus". She went on an adventure moving from Canada, to Dubai, to Bali, leading to her own "eat, pray, love" experience.
