PG, Billy and The Melo Quandary

Segment  1.  Responding the report that PG is already gone. What is the backup plan if PG leaves. Presti has been talking with PG all season. Every time PG was mentioned today sounded like a recruiting pitch. Who do you replace him with? 
 
 
Segment 2.  Carmelo Anthony has to make adjustments if he wants to play for OKC. If Melo won't make adjustments what do you do with him in regards to money? Melo was not mentioned by Sam Presti when talking about players returning to OKC 
 
Segment 3.  Why Billy Donovan is the best coach for OKC. Sam doesn't seem to think it's fair to Billy to keep changing his roster.
