How do I deal with rejection? 我如何处理拒绝？

In the past, the feeling of being rejected was very painful. I didn't like being rejected and even avoided opportunities where I might be rejected. However, recently when I encountered rejection, I only felt sad for a few seconds. After that, I thanked the other person and moved on. One reason was that I didn't necessarily need to be accepted, and another was that my expectations were low, so I didn't mind too much.

过去被拒绝的感觉很难受，我不喜欢被拒绝，甚至我会避免被拒绝的机会。然而，我最近遇到被拒绝的时候，我只是心里难过了几秒钟吧，接下来我和对方道谢，就这么结案了。一个是我并没有一定要被接受，也因为我期待很低吧，所以并没有太在意。
