Artists transform three Moody Park basketball courts into active mural

Two years ago, activist Quanita 'Tay' Jackson was killed in Milwaukee's Moody Park by a stray bullet. Now, artists are working to transform a three basketball courts in the park to help the community gather there once again, in peace.
