Doc Wallach also cautioned against consuming carbonated beverages and advised popping open the can or bottle, leaving it overnight, and drinking it flat in the morning.

In recent years, he has explored such paths as meditation, shamanism, ancient Celtic traditions, tarot cards, witchcraft, and the Ouija board. One thing he's learned is that we can benefit from an "inner knowing." Specifically, we don't have to get caught up in the daily drama of our thoughts; rather, we can just observe them. And when we tune in to that, the more trivial things seem to fall away, he added.
Webster said he was intrigued by the medium Claire Broad's story of an early psychic experience in a cemetery near his childhood home in London, and this led him to attend one of her workshops. This eventually started him on his quest to become a medium himself. While some are hesitant about using it, the Ouija board can be a great tool in developing mediumship, as long as you use it with the right intention, he noted. Webster believes that we are all part of a collective soul but incarnate here to have an individual experience. Regarding spirit guides, he has concluded that they are around us all the time and can serve as a bridge between a medium and the departed.
