Speaker Johnson’s Early Recess To Avoid Epstein File Release

The US House took its August recess a week early likely to avoid voting on Rep. Thomas Massie's discharge motion on releasing the Epstein Files. Massie vows the issue is not going away and he will collect signatures when the House reconvenes on Sept. 2nd.
