What a Human Brain Needs

Our human brain has a job to do. It looks for danger. It Looks for pleasure. It tries to do things the easy way. We need skills to help our lower brain. We need skills to navigate our human experience. In this episode I illustrate how I used skills to help me navigate an experience I had while on vacation.
