Party in L.A.: Phillies clinch their second straight NL East title

The Phillies popped champagne bottles, sprayed beer and smoked cigars on Monday night at Dodger Stadium. They celebrated their second consecutive NL East championship, which they clinched following a 10-inning victory over the Dodgers.

Kyle Schwarber homered. Bryce Harper homered. But so did role player Weston Wilson as the bottom of the lineup came up big. Jhoan Duran blew a save in the ninth, but another big midseason pickup, David Robertson, got the save in the 10th. It was a resilient team effort, which could bode well for the postseason.
