Feng Shui your Mercury Retrograde

This is another special episode of the Live Your Dreams Awake, wherein, we'll do meditation to Feng Shui, your mercury retrograde. This is the perfect night for us because it is the eve for the goddess Breed or St. Brigid. It is also the time where we put a small piece of fabric outside, be blessed, and send her blessings of protection. You can use any fabric and then when you wake up the next day, it will serve as your protection. 

I will be reading her card tonight so you can get to know more about St. Brigid. She is the Irish goddess, matron St. Bridget, it is celebrated on the first of February, the Celtic festival of Imbolc and she is the bringer of springtime. She safeguards midwives and babies and the typical embodiment of a woman looking after what is precious. She will inspire you to foster your own nurturing skills.

In today's meditation, Feng Shui your mercury retrograde, we will be calling St. Brigid as she is perfect to bring in protection and support in our journey. We'll start our meditation, just roll your shoulders back, connect your feet to the earth, and we're really just going to connect in with this energy, relax your shoulders, and take a few deep breaths into your belly.
