My guest this week is Tim Campos.  While Tim was Chief Information Officer of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg called him into his office and challenged him to fix things and make Facebook more productive.  Tim took that challenge and doubled their overall productivity in a year - making it one of the most productive companies in the world.
