Karolyn works in financial services. She struggled with her weight beginning in junior high, and was put on Weight Watchers at age fifteen. Her cycle of dieting, weight loss, and weight gain would continue for Karolyn into her adult life.
By 2019, she had reached her highest weight of 270 pounds. She was anxious, depressed, and exhausted. Then in October of that same year, friends shared Delay, Don’t Deny, and Karolyn immediately began her IF journey. She has lost 130 pounds, feels better mentally and emotionally, and has sustained energy during the day.
Karolyn’s advice: “IF is a gift to embrace. Be gentle with yourself, and give it time. You will eventually feel it and see it.”
