Living a life off the beaten path with Chelsea Hansler

Kyle welcome Chelsea Hansler to Talk is Sheep to talk about life off the grid, raising kids in the back country, hunting, hounds and hunting retreats for women. Chelsea grew up with hunting in her blood so when the opportunity came to live in a rural environment, she and her family jumped at the opportunity.

Chelsea's day includes looking after her young family, running her hounds, surviving off grid in Northern Ontario, and fostering her passion for art and wildlife. Chelsea is a self-taught artist and her connection with wild places and wild animals is evident through her art work.

Chelsea, through a twist of luck had the fortune to attend a ladies outdoor retreat which inspired her to create her own. Through Whiskey Creek Primal Retreats, she offers opportunities for women to grow, bond and feel more confident in an outdoor environment. Her passion for the program is undeniable.
