There is a mental health epidemic today on our country; however, out of these struggling, entrepreneurs are 50% more likely to report having a mental health condition. In the past, people relied on their physical strength to perform tasks like farming, labor, or other work tasks. But today, good mental health is essential for knowledge work in the 21st century.
