Built in 1664 on the edge of Bristol’s old docks, this pub has welcomed sailors, actors, and storytellers for centuries. But beneath its black-and-white façade lies something darker. Whispers of a limping child echo through the attic. Lights flicker in empty rooms. And some say the ghosts of pirates and plague victims still gather in the shadows of its Jacobean parlour.
