In order to truly understand, respect & gain the most information from our plant medicine experiences, one must have some prior knowledge regarding health, wellness & the importance an otherwise healthy lifestyle plays into the full equation of the process. Without this, at best, we will have an enjoyable experience that leaves us yearning for the next experience, at worst, we can become “dis-integrated” searching for anchors to bring us back down to the material realm. Today’s guest on the show is a master in the realms of health & wellness & is one of my closest brothers & people I admire & respect deeply. He is a holistic lifestyle coach, holding certifications from prestigious organizations such as the CHEK institute, is the owner & founder of Whole Health Connections, which is a company dedicated to guiding its clients on their path to peak health, whether they are a beginner in need of a lifestyle revamp or simply a pro looking for new tips to add the “cherry on top” to their equation of health, is the co founder of Ice & Iron, which is a local based Boston community who’s purpose is to bring together individuals to practice healthy habits, such as qi gong, ice baths & breathwork & is one of my ride or die brothers here in Boston where we are both located.
