We discuss the concept of self-sovereignty and how we do not need to conform to every fad just to consider ourelves self-evolved. We get to choose what we want to do authentically. We get to listen to our bodies and ask ourselves questions. We get to trust our intuition and make decisions that benefit us.

We get to choose and we get to honour our choices without apology or justification!
