• it's not angels God helps, it's PEOPLE
• Jesus "tasted death" for all of us by taking our penalty for sin on the cross
• He helps us with our here and now with a whole THRONE of GRACE
• Don't "follow your heart" (it's terrible advice) but LEAD IT(this is good advice)
• We are to actively STRIVE to enter the REST of God (it's kind of exhausting) 
• Be ready to receive OPEN FRACTURES from God's Word
• When we turn to Him, His help is sympathetic, available and effective
