It is beautiful when a couple waits eagerly until they are married to share their most intimate love together. As we will point out by contrasting this passage with Proverbs 7, sexual passion and intimacy have many similarities in and out of marriage. The fact is, the fornicator and adulterer God will judge. The difference then is whether God approves of the union and whether we can participate in the celebration of the love entered into by a man and a woman, based on God's will. If it is approved, we encourage the new couple to have their fill of lovemaking.
