Level Five Leader

Jim Collins says a Level Five Leader is one who arrives at the intersection of professional will and personal humility. • He accomplishes a lot but doesn’t fall in love with himself. • Jesus was teaching His disciples about faith. • Vs 6 - Faith in work allows you to accomplish great things. • Our Franchise - “don’t market.” • The Chosen - “don’t charge for it.” • Success followed faith. • But when success comes, don’t get all jazzed up about it. • Vs 7-10 - Recognize that God did it “through” you and you don’t deserve the credit. • “For us to take credit for building a successful business….” • God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. • Humility is seeing yourself through the lens of who God is and who you are in relation to Him. • When you are humble God becomes your business partner. • There’s no greater gift than that.
