As the Tory leadership competition continues, and with claims from some contenders that they could get a new deal from Brussels, Brexit has been forced onto the summit agenda. No official statement is expected out of the meeting, but Brexit is likely to get a mention during the end-of-summit press conference. Europe editor Patrick Smyth reports on what else will be up for discussion.
