#289 Polaris 24 Preview Midwest Finishers Recap

This week on the show Maine and Zak recap Midwest Finishers Men's 185 pound bracket and the Women's 145 pound bracket. Plus Preview Polaris Pro 24.

In the news section of the show we discuss Andy Varela Vs Oliver Taza On Enigma BJJ, and Luck Griffith Vs Pat Shangoli in Austin Texas.  

In the recap section we talk about the semi finals and the finals of both divisions on Midwest Finishers. 

We start with the women's 145 pound tournament finals with a kneebar submission by Trinity Pun after a jumping pass re-guard counter.  Then we talk about Peyton Letcher straight ankle lock finish in her semifinal match.  In the finals we talk about Trinity wrestling and peytons leg lock counters that let to her taking a heel hook submission over Trinity Pun in the finals. 

In the mens 185 pound bracket we talk about the submission in the semi finals by Brad Schneider from a standing guard break attempt counter. then talk about his fantastic back crucifix entry from a triangle omaplata bait that saw him submit Alan Sanchez with a one armed rear naked choke from back crucifix.  

In the preview of Polaris 24 we talk about most of the main card including both title fights and the stacked card.
