Over the course of three weekends in 1999, homemade nail bombs were detonated in three London neighborhoods. Each bomb contained 1500 four-inch nails, loaded for maximum human destruction. Three people were killed and 140 more were maimed. Would the London police be able to find this madman before he strikes again?
