Imagine this for a moment.  You're a child.  After years of watching your own mothers mental, physical and emotional function decline, you're told that her illness is actually a rare degenerative genetic condition.  You're told that the chances are 50/50 chance you too carry that gene.  And if you do inherit the gene you'll experience progressive degeneration of the nerve cells in your brain, affecting your movement, cognitive functions and emotions as early as your thirties.  And if you have children, they too will have a 50/50 chance of inheritance.
Meet Sally Wilson.  She is exceptional. She is 30. She is a wife. She is a mother. Sally carries the Huntington's Disease Gene.
Most conversations I have on this podcast shift my perspective in some way.  This conversation with Sally sure took things to the next level for me.  
What a resilient, incredible and well rounded human who has taken massive things in her stride and in my opinion, still does life better than most.
