Exploring Athlete Development with James Gardiner and Friends

In this EP my wife and business partner Jaime Livingston and I spend time with James Gardiner and our Reconditioning Mastermind community discussing topics around Reconditioning and athlete development.  This is James' second session on LYM.  James is an Athletic Therapist, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science.

James has been the Lead AT with the Vancouver Whitecaps,  Head Athletic Trainer in the Blue Jays system, as well as a Rehab Coordinator at York University. He also acted as a performance consultant with the University of the Bahamas and created wellness/lifestyle programming for professionals and students during his time there.  He currently leads the performance department at Everest Academy in Toronto, Ontario.  I think you find lots of golden threads in this session.
