There are moments in life that split everything into two—the life before, and the life after. For me, that moment came at twenty-two years old, holding the body of my full-term stillborn son in my arms. Tears streamed down my face as I realized his body was still here, but his spirit had moved on. In that sacred, heart-wrenching moment, I understood something I had only known in theory: I am not just a human being—I am a spiritual being.

That moment cracked me open. I didn’t have a roadmap for healing, but I knew I needed one…

I grew up in a home shaped by addiction—my mother was an alcoholic, my father left to start a new family, and I often felt invisible. As a teenager, I endured date rape and turned to bulimia in my late teens as a way to cope. I thought marriage might fix the pain, so I married quickly. Soon after, I became pregnant—and then came the loss that shattered everything I thought I knew about life.

In the depths of grief, I began seeking. I devoured books, attended courses, and scraped together money for seminars—anything to help me make sense of the pain. I tried therapy, but it didn’t take me deep enough. When I began meditating, the Universe started revealing itself in ways I had never imagined.

I began experiencing a profound awakening, as healing flowed from Source within me. Angels, spiritual guides, and unseen energies appeared, offering wisdom and comfort. I found myself channeling universal truths directly from the infinite mind of creation. My inner world expanded beyond anything I’d ever imagined—filled with clarity, connection, and awe—yet my outer reality remained chaotic and out of alignment. It was as if my soul had stepped into a higher dimension, while my 3D reality was still catching up.

In 2006, like so many others, I watched The Secret and became fascinated by the Law of Attraction. One of two things happened… I was able to manifest some things, but I still felt an emptiness I couldn’t explain. Other times, manifestation didn’t work at all. For example, my relationships were still a mess. I came to realize that something was missing from the way people were teaching The Law of Attraction. 

That’s when it hit me: transformation isn’t just about positive thinking—it’s about healing the subconscious blocks and emotional charges that hold our power hostage. It’s about healing the soul.

That realization led me to develop the E4 Method™—a technology to remove emotional and energetic blocks from the subconscious mind via current-life regressions, past-life regression, and future time compressing. It is a spiritual psychology process to release limiting beliefs, false identity, and negative commands that silently shape and manifest in one’s life, restoring alignment with one’s true spiritual nature and opening the path to enlightenment. 

As I healed myself, I watched others around me begin to heal too. And I realized: our greatest traumas are the birthplace of our soul’s purpose. Over the years, working with thousands of clients and training over 10,000 coaches, I’ve seen it again and again—there is no deep healing without purpose, and no real purpose without healing.

Whether we share our wisdom as coaches, as parents, as leaders, or simply as more conscious human beings, our healing becomes our offering to the world. True transformation isn’t just for us—it’s how we become vessels of light for others.

You’ve trained over 10,000 coaches, what are the top things people need to heal from? 

In my experience, people are often seeking to heal from the same core wounds—regardless of age, gender, or background. The most common are rooted in abandonment, rejection, not feeling good enough, shame around identity, and deep unworthiness. Whether born from childhood neglect, emotional abuse, heartbreak, loss, or cultural conditioning, these wounds become internalized as limiting beliefs that quietly run the show.

But here’s the truth—trauma isn’t only the big, obvious events like abuse, betrayal, or the death of a loved one. It can be as subtle as being left out on the playground, being told to be quiet when you had something important to say, or a fleeting moment of embarrassment that the subconscious interpreted as “It’s not safe to be me.” Large or small, the emotional imprint can still block one’s ability to fully express, trust, and thrive.

The people drawn to my work—especially future spiritual coaches—are often on a deeper soul-searching path. They don’t just want to feel better; they want to turn pain into purpose. That requires healing on all levels—emotional, energetic, and spiritual. I’ve worked with clients healing from sexual trauma and addiction to self-doubt sparked by a single childhood moment. No matter the story, they share a common thread: unprocessed emotions and energies stored in the subconscious.

The E4 Method™ helps uncover and resolve these hidden root traumas that shape identity, relationships, and even professional success. Healing is not only about the past—it’s about reclaiming our power now and aligning with our highest purpose. Newton’s Third Law states, “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” The Universe is a non-dualistic mechanical system, a unified energetic field. This is how your actions are actively corresponded and reflected to you. With every action you take, you set into motion a cooperative system of infinite magnitude. Every non-action is an action in the realm of Consciousness. For every harmonic and loving action, there is a retribution of harmony in one’s life. For every chaotic and harmful action, there is payback for chaos in one’s life. 

 

AWAKEN THE ORACLE WITHIN: You are being called to take inspired action. The Universe desires for you to release the experience of paralysis through analysis. In fact, every non-action is an action in the realm of Consciousness. By drawing this card, you have a Divine appointment to go into silence and listen to the voice within through meditation or prayer. When you get out of your head and get into your heart, you will know what inspired action to take. You have a particular message and gift to give to the world. The energy that keeps you feeling stuck is the same energy that will keep you flying with inertia. Take action now!

Here's a Spiritual Mind Treatment for the Universal Law of Action

There is only One Life, One Love, One Infinite Presence.
This Presence is the Source of all healing, empowerment, and divine expression. It is wholeness itself, the pure radiance of perfection flowing through all creation. This Presence knows no limitation, no separation, no imperfection—it is the very essence of the Highest Self.

I am one with this Presence.
I am whole, perfect, and complete in the Mind of God. Every cell, every thought, every feeling is aligned with the truth of who I am. I release all illusions of brokenness, all memories of limitation, and I remember my divine identity. I am not my past. I am not my story. I am the living embodiment of love, wisdom, and power.

I now declare and accept my full healing.
Every part of me—body, mind, and soul—vibrates with the light of Truth. I dissolve any false identities, limiting beliefs, or negative commands stored in my subconscious. I stand in the freedom of my authentic Self, empowered to create my reality in alignment with my highest good.

I embody my Highest Self now.
I walk with clarity, speak with authority, and live with divine purpose. I radiate love and light, inspiring and uplifting everyone I encounter. I trust my intuition, take bold action, and create a life that reflects the magnificence of my soul.

I give thanks for the complete realization of my wholeness.
I celebrate the truth that I am a powerful creator, here to live fully, love deeply, and serve greatly. I am healed. I am empowered. I am the embodiment of my Highest Self.
