Amy works for a pharmaceutical company. She shares that she lost 30 pounds with diet pills and exercise, but gained it all back. In 2019, Amy suffered from low energy and her functional medicine practitioner suggested she try intermittent fasting. Amy immediately felt better.
Amy enjoys sustained energy and no longer struggles with restless legs. She takes better care of herself and feels her best.
Amy’s advice: Start slow. Don’t skip steps. Fast clean and trust the process. IF is an individual journey, so don’t compare yourself to others.
