My Cup Overflows

Our cups are already full. Better yet, our cups are overflowing. We have breath in our lungs, eyes to see, ears to hear, able bodies, thinking minds, beating hearts, unique voices. We have peace, love and joy all flowing within us. We are here, right now, blessed to experience a brand new day. Our cups are running over with life. So today, let's take a few minutes to remember who we are, and all we already have. 

Here are vows to gently remind us, our cups are overflowing.
