One aspect within this show that I speak of frequently is the idea of experiencing life itself as a psychedelic. For me, this has always been the goal as I have come to recognize that what I originally loved about psychedelic medicines was their ability to open me up to new perspectives, however, my biggest challenge in my younger years was coming back to “reality” & wishing I could experience that type of magic more frequently. As such, my entire life over the past 10 years has been focused on achieving this goal & in todays episode, we are going to be chatting with an individual who has taken this idea to the absolute max in his life. From undergoing multiple intense neurofeedback sessions designed to help him train his brain waves just like zen monks do to be able to access the mystical states associated with them whenever he chooses to diving into many different forms of inner work designed to help him become more heart centered, it is safe to say that, for him, life has truly become the psychedelic & my hope for each of you today during our chat is that you are also able to realize that this is possible & that you pick up some new tips & strategies for achieving this goal in your own life.
