How ’practical witchcraft’ and ’ritual’ can help us reclaim our self-healing power

On the Secret Witch Show today our guest is Emma Griffin. Described as a real-life embodiment of Molly Weasley from Harry Potter, Emma is a modern-day full-time witch, healer, and author whose work guides women back to alignment by reconnecting with the ancient wisdom of their ancestors. Rooted in the interconnectedness of nature and the soul, Emma’s teachings aim to awaken the innate magic within us all, helping women rediscover their purpose and authentic selves.  Emma’s new book, ‘The Witch’s Way Home’ serves as a roadmap for self-discovery, healing, and stepping into authentic power.

• As we do, bravely own who we are - whether that’s a witch or something else - we connect more deeply to those who are like us (including our dream clients, if we are here to be healers)

• We must embrace the ancient wisdom of our ancestors - they knew that the real route of healing is through story-telling around the fire, ritual, creativity, presence, seasonal living, sisterhood and self-discovery

• There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ in practical witchcraft and ritual - it’s really individualised and intuitive, and we can play with things to see what works for us (and keep a journal of discovery to note what does and what doesn’t)

• Ritual and witchcraft practices do not have to be long and elaborate - we can weave them into our day, just bringing ourselves to presence and setting intentions.
