Accentuating Hope When Depression Comes Knocking

We live in a crazy and chaotic world right now.  So it comes as no surprise that depression and suicide rates are on the rise.  We are exposed to so much information and yet we are still losing connection with one another.

In today's episode we are going to take a closer look at the signs of depression.  This will allow us to have a better understanding of something we are going through ourselves, or it can help us recognize it in someone else that we love.  If you haven't had an experience with depression as of yet, we can almost plan on it affecting someone we care about in the near future... so why not be prepared for it with life coaching.

We are going to explore the 9 signs of depression and talk about the duration and frequency of them.  Sadly, while more and more women are attempting suicide, more and more men actually accomplish it.  We will end by giving you a three part formula to help someone who may be contemplating suicide, using the letter QPR.  Learn how to recognize the signs for yourself, your spouse, your extended family and your grandkids!
