Trump’s Lawyers File Motion Trying to STOP Jack Smith From Revealing Trump’s J6 Crimes

The Supreme Court returned Trump's criminal case to DC Federal Court Judge Tanya Chutkan directing her to hold hearings to determine which of Trump's January 6th crimes involved official presidential acts and which did not. Trump's lawyers have filed a 34-page brief demanding that Judge Chutkan "dismiss" Trump's case "promptly." In other words, Trump's lawyers are urging the judge to disregard the directives of the Supreme Court and just toss Trump's case entirely, without conducting the litigation the Supreme Court directed her to conduct. Moreover, Trump's lawyers are demanding this prompt dismissal to " protect the integrity of the Presidency and the upcoming election, as well as the Constitutional rights of - the American people." This kind of absurd double-speak would make George Orwell blush.
