Oregon Canna-Business Compliance Counsel with Leland R. Berger today on Hempresent with Vivian McPeak only on Cannabis Radio. Portland activist and attorney Leland R. Berger formed Oregon Canna-Business Compliance Counsel, in 2013, following 30 years in private practice. A co-drafter of the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act, and of Oregon’s Legalization Initiative - Ballot Measure 91- Mr. Berger helped draft dispensary initiatives and lobbied the Oregon Legislature on behalf of patients and their providers.

Since legalization, his legislative advocacy is on behalf of all cannabis consumers, and he works statewide to end cannabigotry.

Lee’s practice includes canna-business-related administrative and trial litigation, as well as state cannabis-related criminal defense and appeals.
