But using a proper reflection tool is one of the easiest ways to stay at the top of your game in mindsets relationship and parenting.
In this episode we differentiate between harmful reflections- and positive reflections.
We also use the analogy of a business- if you had a business but never checked in on how the profit and loss reports are going, and then all of a sudden you find yourself bankrupt in 12 months- you did nothing to stop that happening. But if you checked those same reports monthly or weekly, you would've noticed things not up to scratch and done something about it BEFORE things got bad.
