Losing yourself to find yourself 🌓.

We usually associate darkness with being lost and afraid but alternatively when you are in a stage of change and growth which is usually filled with uncertainty and 'darkeness' ; then we become like a seedling planted in the ground where it can grow and gain all the necessary nutrients and resources it requires to turn into full plant. This I invite you to hold space for in this episode. It has been a while since I posted any episodes and I have been in a state of growth, a state of change. You could say I was planted😏. I recognise that growth is a continuous process and being planted is something that will happen to me throughout my life. Mine is to see it for what it actually is, an opportunity, and take it in stride. This is the first of a new segment I'm beginning. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me.
