Today. you can tune in for an interview that was wildly different from the initial one we had planned months ago. In between the time that Cadabra initially met Zach Mays, co-owner of Delta Infused and today's chat, Zach found himself in a bit of legal trouble. While driving through Arkansas working on pitching his Delta 8 orange syrup to local tobacco and CBD distributors, Zach was stopped with his infused beverages on him. All of the product he had was confiscated and tested, and despite coming back negative for Delta 9 THC and being Hemp derived-- thus making them federally legal-- the courts still have decided to push through and charge Mr.Mays with a Class B Felony for Possession of... Delta 8?!

Wait a minute.. Isn't that stuff federally legal?

It Sure it!

So what's the hold up?...
