知名主持称遭性骚扰！法律层面能否认定？

前湖南卫视主持人梁田发布视频称自己遭性骚扰，其中在地铁遇到男子视奸尾随拍摄的部分引发争议，就目前信息看个人认为很难认定性骚扰，不过如果内容属实对方仍在道德层面可以批评，遇到类似问题建议及时报警或求助工作人员。
