This is a follow up on the Kevin Jiang case. A lot has happened. On the lam for three months, murder suspect Qinxuan Pan is now behind bars with a huge bail amount set for 20 million. With the controversial lawyer Norm Pattis as Pan’s new defense attorney, it’s sure to be an interesting trial.
