Fabien created the Reset Experience workshop and the Neuro Alignment system out of his own struggles. Finding himself constantly overwhelmed, disconnected and unable to manage his emotions he turned to substance abuse as a coping mechanism before deciding to make serious change and address the issues and trauma within his mind and body. After a background in sales and real estate and struggling with anxiety and substance abuse issues, he set up his own therapeutic system involving neuro-alignment, somatic work and helping people as a breath-work nervous system regulation coach.
