The case went nowhere until a tip came in that led investigators to an unexpected suspect, and a game-changing police interview. Keith and Dateline producer Justin Balding tell Andrea about the creative traffic stop leading up to the arrest of Tony Haase and discuss the defense tactics that led to his acquittal.
