Herb was responsible for the deaths of an unconfirmed number of gay men in the Indianapolis area in the 80's and 90's, the estimated number of victims is 11-20. This episode focuses heavily on the investigation, man hunt and the evidence found on the property he owned, Fox Hollow Farm.
