In Episode 559 of the Iron City Rocks Podcast we welcome Ivan Doroschuk of Men Without Hats. Ivan talks to us about the band’s new single “I Love the 80’s” which is a fun look back, as Ivan says, to the decade that made them. We get into the writing of the song, how it fits in the current live set, the band’s touring plans and we talk in depth about the impact and legacy that the band had on music in the 80’s.

We are then joined once again by Blackmore’s Night vocalist Candice Night. Candice recently released her third full length, solo album Sea Glass. Candice talks with us about what went into this album personally, why 10 years in between releases, the inspiration behind many of the songs and even talks with us about some potential Blackmore’s Night/Candice Night live dates.
