The Delphi Murders: ”Muddy and Bloody”

In the Delphi murders, police released a redacted probable cause affidavit that included a description of an eyewitness sighting a man who appeared "muddy and bloody" near the Monon High Bridge.

The Murder Sheet can confirm that this eyewitness contributed to the sketch first released in July 2017, the one that seemed to depict an older man.
