Truly seeing myself with Stephanie Dowling-Folan

My guest today is Stephanie Dowling-Folan, a Galway native, wife, Mom, a lover of animals and the incredibly proud founder and owner of Galway Holistic. A capped Irish International Rugby player, physical therapist and expert in sporting injuries, Stephanie is a multi-talented lady with an amazing story to share. 

Stephanie will share with us that in 2006 when She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, it changed her whole life. Through this change, She learned about the mind-body connection and it led her on a path of discovery, learning and healing. I love Stephanie's authentic and honest approach to everything she does in her life and how it has brought her to where She is now - still learning. She shares that even when we know exactly what is good for us, that we too can let things slide and forget our own personal boundaries. 

Stephanie is also one of the 14 therapists that contributed a chapter to Awaken Your Wellbeing - transformational stories of courage, hope and healing in which She shares her own story - "When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be" and also an introduction to the many therapies she provides for her clients and how they can benefit you in your own well-being.
