The 20% Increase: COVID-19 Silver Lining

If we’d experienced a COVID-19 type of pandemic even one decade ago, the outcome would have been far worse. The infrastructure didn’t simply exist to allow most information workers to work from home. We got lucky with the timing on a pandemic which was never an if, but a when. It won't be the last pandemic, but next time we'll be better prepared.
