Episode 93: Julianne McCrery

On this week's episode of True Crime New England, Katie and Liz talk about the tragic events of May 14th, 2011, in which a 6-year-old boy was killed and disposed of on a rural road in South Berwick, Maine. After eyewitness descriptions and posting pictures, the police were finally able to apprehend the killer of the little boy... his mother, Julianne McCrery. Coming from Texas, Julianne had made the decision to kill her young son, Camden Hughes, for reasons that are truly unknown, and then dispose of him before trying to flee back to her home state. In the end, Julianne was sentenced to 45 years to life and is serving her time in a New Hampshire prison.
